Materials of our surface conditioning belts are sourced from Italy and Germany. Surface conditioning are characterised by nylon fibre, bound to a resistant cloth backing. It does not clog during usage and assures an excellent wearing resistance, long life, uniformity and repeatability of the degree of finishing. It causes no harmful overheating to the parts. It is highly efficient on automatic machines or portable tools, for satin finishing, deoxidising, demurring and polishing of metal can be performed. It gives a consistent, repeatable finish, remove surface imperfections and produce clean, smooth surfaces and bright matt surfaces.

Ranging from girt range from coarse, medium, fine, very fine to ultra fine. They are available in both Aluminium Oxide or Silicon Carbide(Ultra fine). The surface conditioning belts can be customised to sizes required. The surface conditioning discs can also be cut to size specific to tools.

They can be used on stainless steel surfaces, coils, panels and sheets, aluminium, titanium, nonferrous materials and alloys, fibreglass and plastics. 

We also have surface conditioning that can be used for wet and dry grinding which is resistant to oil, emulsion and water.)

They are compatible with our hand tools, such as the mini belt sander, straight grinder, angle grinder, die grinder and random orbital sander.
