​​Flap Wheels are our in-house manufactured products and are made in Singapore.

Flap Wheels are designed with the circular arrangement of individual fabric abrasive cloth around a reinforced wood which is suitable for use on threaded shaft. It allows for easy fitting and removing from stationery or handheld tool. The flap design allows the wheel to contour around the work piece and smooth the surface.

Finishing for stainless steel, aluminum, plastics,
fibre glass, rubber, stone, alloys alloyed steel.
Use on flat, concave and convex surfaces.Internal and external surfaces or sides, irregular shapes. For removing and cleaning of welding seams.

Our flap wheels are made from Aluminum Oxide(AO)
cotton based cloth. We supply two types of flap wheel, Germany or China cotton based flap wheels. These flap wheels are compatible for use with our​ buffing machines.

Our flap wheel flaps spacing, indicated as ’S’ above are determined by the grit of the sandpaper. The coarser the grit, the size of the sand grains are larger and the backing fabric is thicker. 
​Spacing of "S” = grit of sand + fabric
The sanding cloth are determined by the raw materials manufacturers.
Our flap wheels are individually tested for balance. These results in their smooth usage for productions. Our labels indicate clear indications of safety gears and RPM.
Each individual flap wheels undergoes 3 different production processes to produce the final product.

Mounted FLap Wheels


Flap wheels with shank are use with hand tools for different applications such as polishing, scalding of kitchen interiors, pipes, industrial moulds or small items projects.

​They are versatile and comes in a wide range of sizes and grits, from coarse for initial removing of unwanted layers to finer finishing of very fine lines.

These mounted flap wheels are compatible with our air straight grinders, air angle grinders(for 6mm shank) and air pencil grinders(for 3mm shank).
